Getting Started
To get a permit, you must fill out an application and send in the necessary paperwork. We want you to utilize Permits Online to send us your first applications and changes for free. This will keep your applications from being held up.
Before you send in your application, read the short letter of introduction. This letter tells you what Pioneer Tobacco needs for you to make tobacco products and gives you a downloadable checklist so you can keep track of the processes as they are finished.
